iPhone SE 2 rumored to be announced soon

The iPhone SE was a great budget phone released by Apple in 2016. This phone was targeted for individuals with a small budget, for example students who couldn't afford a Flagship Apple device but still get the iOS experience. Lately there have been a few leaks that Apple is working on a new budget model which is most likely to be the successor for the iPhone SE. Most of the leaks does not confirm that this device will be released, however if it is to happen we can expect to see it as soon as June 2018.

What can we expect?

Design: We can expect the design to remain similar to the current iPhone SE, there is a possibility that it might have a glass back according to an image posted by Slashleaks. With a glass back we can say the iPhone SE may have wireless charging.


Display: There is a rumour that apple is working on a edge to edge display that will replace the notch with just cut-outs for the speaker and ambient sensor, however we cannot expect this display to come to the iPhone SE, after all this is Apple's budget model. We can expect the iPhone SE2 display to be larger than the current model (possibly 4.2"). Furthermore, it will be a LCD panel not OLED since Apple will try to minimize cost.

Specs: The iPhone SE 2 will possibly feature a A10 without an A11 chip due to the low cost. Will have about 2GB RAM. Will come with a larger battery (possibly 1750 mAh) compared to the current iPhone SE (1642 mAh).

There is a rumour that the iPhone SE 2 may be produced in India however there aren't much evidence to prove this rumour. If the iPhone SE 2 is to be launched, we may get to know this somewhere around May or June. There is a possibility that the iPhone SE 2 will be announced at Apple's education-focused event on 27 March.

iPhone 2018, New Battery, Specs and Rumours

2018 iPhone mockups by  Curved . Time to talk about the new iPhone/ iPhones coming out this year. So far the highly probable features are the display size and a larger battery capacity. You have probably heard by now that Apple will possibly release  three models  this year. Two higher end models  with one being a 6.5'' plus size and a 5.8'' similar  to the current iPhone X. Today apple announced their 2018 product line up which included 4 Products, the iPhone X S , iPhone X S Max, iPhone X R and the new Apple Watch Series 4. Whats new about the new iPhone X S phones?
