New iPad (2018) announced
Source: Engadget Apple held an education-focused event on 27 March. In this event apple introduced their new 9.7" iPad (2018) with Apple Pencil support. The iPad (2018) is mainly focused on students by making it affordable for schools. However, it is available for average consumers as well. In this event the New iPad (2018) was the only device announced and they did not even leave a hint on any other products to be released. Apple's key focus was to power the classrooms with their iPads and during this event they released new software which will benefit the classroom. What are the specs? Display: the iPad (2018) will have 9.7'' LED backlit display. The resolution will be 2048 x 1536 pixels and a pixel density of 264 ppi. It will also support the Apple Pencil.
